How the PhilHealth premium is computed

The premium rate is 5% of your Monthly Basic Salary, shared equally — 2.5% from you and 2.5% from your employer. The salary base is floored at ₱10,000 and capped at ₱100,000, so the total monthly premium is always between ₱500 and ₱5,000.

Worked example: ₱25,000 salary
